I run a business, we buy stock from the EU and sell in the UK and the EU. We had to stop selling into the EU as it became to problematic. The stock we buy from Germany used to take 2 days to arrive, now it can take 2 weeks, we had a shipment last year that took 6 weeks. For me it’s an absolute disaster, I’m paying UK gov less tax now than I have in every previous year I’ve been in business. As a business owner you’d think the Tories would be on your side, but they clearly don’t have a clue.
