Yes but I think he means 95kpa which is about 14psi. He may be reading the wrong scale on a pressure gauge. I doubt any tyre pump would be able to put 200psi into a tyre and the tyre would probably blow out if it did!
Wouldn’t you say 14psi is too low for most vehicles?
Incdientally our compressor and air line/guage on the farm goes upto 250psi – okay it is an industrial one for the farm, but we don’t know what the OP is using to pump up his tyres, but yes I agree there should be a very loud bang and potentially bits of rubber flying off before even getting close to 200psi!
