Rene, I think the fee for us is £250 because we had an early termination about 12/15 years ago when my wife first started to need a scooter. I think the fee increases from £50 to £250 for a second termination from what I’ve seen on other posts in the forum.
I was interested in what you say about the fee being refunded if you go over the original expiry date of your lease (which would definitely be the case if we ordered a 5008). Your idea idea to check the process with Motability is good however I’m not sure I can face the phone queues (42 minutes last week to speak to someone who certainly never mentioned any refund re early termination ) and eight working days to get a reply to my previous email!!! Does anyone else on the forum have experience of a refund on early termination fee if you go over the lease end date?
