Had a look at the Qashqai some time back. Thought the outside was OK but knew it was wrong as soon as we sat inside. It just felt cheap, nasty and uncomfortable. Must be just us because it seems to have sold well.
Complete opposite with Troc. Didn’t like the look from outside. Initial reaction was, “Oh, well, I’ll have to get a Golf then.” However, the moment I got inside, changed mind completely. I’m 5′ 11″ and fitted perfectly. Actually raised the seat a bit for better view. Now potter about in my Troc in most comfy manner. Also glad I chose Troc because the Motab Golfs were not available with 190-odd bhp 2.0L lump driving through a gutsy 4X4 trans!
