Lexus have consistently been rated number one for customer satisfaction for decades. They’re built incredibly well and don’t let you down plus their dealers are top notch. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. So any increase in choice is a good thing. If it happens!
I agree. I wouldn’t be interested in the UX as it’s far too small for our needs and the generally poor reviews would put me off, but I would welcome any and all additions to the ever dwindling Motability scheme, especially from a manufacturer that isn’t currently present. It could open the door to better models in the future and encourage other manufacturers to join or rejoin.
It’s so true about beauty being in the eye of the beholder. I like the look of the UX in spite of its shortcomings. Conversely, there are several cars that most people seem to like the look of that I really dislike. The new Hyundai Tucson is one. I liked the look of the old one but the new generation is ‘over styled’ IMHO and I hate the front grille and lights. Much as I like BMW’s, I think that the i3 is pig ugly and if there was an award for the ugliest rear end of a car I would award it to the Kia Soul EV, yet some on this forum rave about both of them. If we all liked the same there would only be a need for one car!
