Mine was due to end on the 03/03/2022 for some reason they got my end date wrong, however I did extend with the higher 7.5p and 30p tariff for a further 12 months, I then received an email off octopus they had got my contract end date wrong and as an apology they have extended my existing 5p 13.92p contract until 03/03/2023.
Unfortunately I have suffered a brain injury and occasionally I get confused and often say the wrong thing.
