When I ordered vehicle dealer told me a hoist couldn’t be fit but apparently it can, will motability sort it for me, only had car 6 months
Normally adaptions should be sorted out at the time you place the order for the vehicle.
You will need to speak directly with Motabilty to see if they will permit you to have a retrospective adaption fitted.

It may be more viable to early terminate the lease of your current vehicle and ordering a new one (at the current AP) with the necessary adaptions ordered at the same time. However Motability will advise you on this and costs involved.
