I would give this one 5 stars-
The Tiguan is in for a replacement radar part to be fitted today, and I have a courtesy car -demonstrator VW Arteon R Line auto Deisel shooting brake, with low mileage recorded- really nice piece of kit, with loads of room and drives/ handles well- nappa leather, sun roof and as it is a demo. then lots of options on board.
Bit too low for me really ( getting in and out ) but not too bad if only a couple of times a day, but couldn’t use it if getting in and out more than say , twice a day, with limited mobility, but once in, with the electric memory seats and adjustable steering column/wheel no difficulty in finding a comfortable driving position.
It doesn’t feel low down however, when driving, and I am used to SUV’s., but I do not like the black roof, nor the dark glass in the sunroof, however I’m sure that many will like black everywhere?
I would definitely consider one of these, but at £42000+options I don’t think that it will get on to the Motability list somehow?
