First off you can not claim NCB under motability RSAM insurance. What you can do is ask RSAM insurance to provide you with a letter that basically states, that you you have had no incidents or claims under them while on the scheme.(if that is the case) Most insurance co;s will accept this.
Also I believe only for one driver.
