That’s KwikFit for you. In all the years of having to take a Motability car to them for replacement tyres, I’ve found that for every decent site – there’s a truly awful one. It’s completely pot luck. I’ve been known to pass a couple of their sites in order to reach one that I know will get the job done because of efficient staff and a competent manager!
