Given that some manufacturers dropped their prices when the last cut in grants was announced, doesn’t this go to show that the whole grants scheme is nothing more than a profiteering exercise for the manufacturers? Grants stop, prices drop. Miraculous! Given the state of our economy through Covid, I can think of far better ways to spend tax payers money.
