    Some brilliant advice here.

    You are under no obligation to accept this car if it’s not what you ordered and under no circumstances should you provide the dealer with the PIN number supplied to you by Motability until you are 100% happy.

    I’d certainly contact Motability and explain the situation. They’re extremely helpful in such circumstances.
