SV – You are under no obligation whatsoever to accept the car. Even if you have paid a deposit (or paid for extras up front) they must refund every penny of your money in full. You haven’t said what you’ve ordered but if you do somebody on here might know if what the dealer is saying about the 4WD being discontinued is true or usual dealer BS. Remember that you are not the purchaser of the car, Motability Operations is, so if you have any issues get Motability to deal with it. Only you can decide if you are prepared to compromise on a very different car to what you ordered. Personally, I wouldn’t.
