i go to the arc gym in clowne for chair based exercise classes and a new well being class using shapemaster power assisted exercise machines every day now. the building is also bolsover district council offices and some other bods. the worst offenders at parking in the disabled bays are the councillors when they have meetings.
we keep reporting it but they say it isnt enforcible, and the councillors well lets just say their attitude just sucks.
