Glos Guy real jobs real people. Yes as per any job there will be people paid less but of course there will be people paid a lot more…….. Using that argument the employees of Motability will be paid across a broad industry wide salary range with appropriate benefits. If they weren’ they would go somewhere else? Simply throwing a bag over all motability stating that all the staff they are over paid, underperforming says more about the poster and society in general than the organisation itself.
I note that you didn’t substantiate any of the responsibility factors that I mentioned, but it’s irrelevant anyway as we are discussing call centre operatives, not professional fundraisers. I have never said that the call centre staff are underperforming, just that their remuneration is out of line with the market, which it is. If you are happy with that then that’s of course your prerogative.
