Using that argument the employees of Motability will be paid across a broad industry wide salary range with appropriate benefits. If they weren’ they would go somewhere else?
Simply throwing a bag over all motability stating that all the staff they are over paid, underperforming says more about the poster and society in general than the organisation itself.
