Well said @Glos Guy. £25k for a call centre operator is well over what that job pays with most employers and that’s without all the inflated benefits they get. With the bonus and all the benefits they will be nudging £35k a year which is absolutely ridiculous. I bet their staff retention rates are close to 100% with those packages.
