    Every time I have had to speak with motability on the phone I have found them to be polite, patient and very helpful. Even offering to call a dealership to sort an issue I had for me. They were by far the best customer service agents (if that’s the correct term) I’ve ever dealt with apart from maybe Lego who were also excellent. If that’s the sort of service and extra few hundred quid a month gets you then I’m all for it. I wish other companies gave the same standards of training

    I have found them to be nice but absolutely useless in returning calls when they have promised to do so. They are not sales people and not targeted, so why the big bonuses.
