Wow, if you now tell me that you march to work, i’d accuse you of being a german in disguise. As we know, marching is the most german way of walking.
I used to have moleskin “combat” trousers, got lost when i moved over. Actually have to get another pair, for wrenching/repair work etc.
Old(!) german military stuff (from the 70s/80s) holds up really well, especially the olive parka with wool inlay. To the point where it makes the modern military clothing look absolutely awful. Olive parka, moleskin trousers, and olive wool sweater (with reinforced elbows), and you’re sorted for the winter.
I made an oven baked chilli yesterday, germans (contrary to popular opinion) don’t just eat wurst and drink beer. At least once a week we need something to break up the routine.
