Elliott I see salary sacrifice as a major problem for motability as it’s sucking thousands in to getting a brand new car who may have previously bought second hand. Motability have relied on taking the slack in the system hoovering up excesses in the supply chain and receiving large discounts in the process. Of course things will work themselves out and the status quo will return but it could take years and in the meantime we will get the cars nobody wants.
