Find a tree, any tree, then pull off a small twig and head back home. Had to hide the twig. If the Lord of Manor caught you, you’d be shot and then transported to the colonies. Had to make own deco’s from scraps of silver paper salvaged from discarded fag packets and baccy. Ah, the joys of the Old Holborn fairy! ?
