I saw something earlier this year or last year about how manufacturers were looking to move to online dealerships as most dealerships are actually franchised and the likes of Mercedes only have 12 dealerships under their own control throughout the country. As you say, since so many are offering ‘contact free’ car buying, why not Motability?
