Had a very nice lady ring up Mrs ajn this morning, as I filled out the form of update details as extremely difficult to to change over..?
My reason along with an explanation was sent off, however the Lady explained it’s something to do with ticking a box somewhere amongst agree to share my data concerning the account..?
It was then explained it’s no big deal as cheques are sent anyway, so I think I’ll just stay as I am??..
Not sure if I qualify for the 50 quid though ?
