<p style=”text-align: left;”>Milton Keynes Mercedes-Benz are the worst dealership I have ever come across, bunch of idiots and liars, no one knows anything and everyone is ignorant.</p>
Back in 2010/2011 I had to argue with them on several occasions because each time my Brabus went in for warranty work it came out of their workshop with a new problem, to the point they broke the side skirts on my car and for one whole hour the Service Manager argued with me that it was already like that, then finally he admitted they did break them, yet lied to me constantly for a damn hour like a stupid fool.
Just last month a carpenter I know took his car to them, they decided to update the ECU without permission on a car not under warranty and messed it up, his car keeps entering “Limp mode” and they are not taking responsibility for it, it originally went in for something completely unrelated to software. He has had to argue with them to get anywhere, even writing to the head honcho does nothing.
Avoid those idiots like the plague. Marshall VW next door are so much better, no problems with them at all.
Humanity is only humanity when all are treated the same regardless of their skin tone, religious beliefs and geography!
