My stepdads son is a named driver, he lives about 20 miles away.
He was specifically told that any journey made has to benefit my stepdad. Its not about my stepdad being able to benefit because he is a named driver.
Eg, there is no benefit in my stepbrother doing his own shopping in the car. But if he does my stepdads at the same time that’s fine.
Using the car for his own purposes even if he would drop everything if stepdad needed him was strictly off limits
