Jeez Martyn,you must have patience of a saint,i would of cancelled well before it got to the point you are at now.Through recent times from what ive read VW have been consistently poor in being upfront with customers and communication.
Also if they act like this in the ordering stage, it doesn’t fill customers confidence for future issues if any arise.
