The VW dealer in Newcastle lied to me, said he could get me a Tiguan from stock (when my Yeti was wrote off) took the order, cancelled the one I was waiting for from JCT6000 then rang me the next day and told me they didn’t have one!.
I went to Seat in Durham and they were excellent (apart from SatNav card being about 15 months out of date, luckily I could sort that myself.).
Previous Skoda dealer was excellent both times (used Yeti then a new one on PCP), their VW branch however are terrible, went in 4 times over the years and been either ignored or treated like I couldn’t possibly afford a new car, no interest in Motability sales at all.
