There have been loads of posts about this in the past, I just don’t get it, I’ve had dealerships treat me well and I’ve been ignored, I’ve had dealership principals make me coffee and apologise for the wait and I’ve had sales staff lie to me to get rid, so what?
Its simple really, spend your money where the dealership treats you nicely, ignore the ones who don’t.
Its not a brand or even company thing. I’ve had 1 Renault dealer treat me really badly and another treat me very well. I’ve also had 3 showrooms of the same company give different experiences from brilliant to totally ignored.
So, I spend my money where the dealership is very good, let the crap dealership go without the sale, its their loss, not mine. On the whole I’d have to say I’ve visited maybe 10% bad dealers – the rest have been good to excellent.
