well-done sirs you get it you understand exactly, I guess it’s poss for dealerships to be good & bad ,my dealer at present appears good ,but I’ve had sales execs as they call themselves ,not interested in motability customers ,Volvo , even when I bought new cars I came across negative Volvo attitudes.
With chip shortages I now read a few manufacturers
