I’ve not spoken to them but I have e-mailed and expect a call back sometime in the week.
However I’ve not contacted them about the cost of AP’s as we’re all in the same boat on that one, but I have told them that I’m very angry at the increases of adaptions like the hoist I use, it’ gone from £260 to £590 in Q4 but thankfully the remote control steering ball has remained at £445 so thank God for small mercy there and I’ve got to find £1,035 before I even take AP’s on board, oh and of course the automatic gearbox premium.
In Q2 2021 they took away the free option of transferring your current hoist to another car and that alone went down like a lead balloon but now with these increases I’m flabbergasted.
I know prices rise with inflation and these adaption are subsidized but I don’t think there’s a need to out of the blue increase the prices for such things and it would be more palatable if they increased the price over a year or so then at least your ready for it when your turn comes around but 260 to 590 is frightening.
