Guys I don’t think anyone would disagree about being happy about the basic purpose of the scheme and if it disappeared tomorrow we would all be bitterly disappointed. Does that mean we have the best scheme available, absolutely not.
If you are happy with the scheme as it stands then that’s great I just think it could be much better and cheaper.
