Hi all, I hope your all well?Id like to ask if any of you have received PCN for previous vehicles as I received one in May 2021 as well as one just recently for my previous Motability vehicle which was changed over in December last year and the notices are for Birmingham which is a place I’ve never been.Motability have stated that the delay may be the V5 not updated by dvla due to backlog?
We changed our car at the end of July and received the notification slip from the DVLA in August confirming that we were no longer the keepers of the previous car. That would suggest that there is no backlog or certainly not one of many months. I would be inclined to contact Motability again and insist that they follow this up or you will get more notices and have a nightmare unravelling it all.
