Speculating I wonder if in Q4 we will see the first sub 1000 cars? I don’t know when such low numbers were last seen?

what about at the very start when the blue three wheeler was the only option? Or was that in the days before motability? Or was only a few years back we had over 4000 cars from which to choose.
