Not making any point, but just for info, the BMW X1 we handed back a month ago with 22,000 miles on it is now on a main dealers forecourt for £25,950. Webuyanycar are offering £22,000.
I bet that the dealer didn’t pay more than £22,000 though. They will have had to allow for wriggle room on the asking price, transportation and preparation costs, warranty cost and, of course, their profit margin. Did you ask Motability for a price? I would never buy from them but always ask out of interest. Annoyingly I didn’t write down the price they asked for our Tiguan but I recall that it was way too high.
