I’m not sure if the rules in Scotland differ from the rest of the UK

but there’s 2 types of disabled bays up here an Enforceable Bay ( which I have )  that comes with a Traffic Regulation Order and an Advisory

There was no charge from the Council to install the bay

I’ll post a link to it incase it comes in handy to anyone

Just to ad tho even though my car is registered to my bay , anyone with a blue badge can legally park there , however it’s deemed pretty rude and bad form to do so

certainly where I live , my town etc I don’t think there’s much of problem that way , I can imagine in the bigger “schemes” that those manners and unwritten rules may be thrown out the windae ?

I’ve lived here about 5 years and ( touch wood ) only had to move people on around half a dozen times – sometimes politely – sometimes not so much ?‍??

I don’t think I could handle living in place where it was more of a free for all!

my anxiety is rising just thinking about it ?

Here’s a photo of my bay taken from my CCTV today ( note the glorious sunshine ☀️ )
