Was this for a Brand new, un-registered car, or a used car?
If said vehicle is on the Mota scheme, in the EXACT spec, and available, then the garage need a word with the discrimination team within HR.
If that vehicle is on the scheme, and your happy to pay out of pocket for any “extras”, then the dealer needs a chat with Mota.
