I assume sometimes they get it right but I’ve been fortunate to have only needed to use them once and that was on my 61 plate Seat Leon and used there at home service.
Despite telling them on the phone it was the SE model with sensors behind the mirror they still turned up with the screen for the S model that never had the sensors so they had to return the next day with the correct screen.
These days they probably use the Covid or Ping excuse for these types of **** up’s.
