It’s all down to customer service it either matters to a dealer or it doesn’t, if it does then it won’t matter what sort of customer you are the service will be the same because 1 satisfied Motability customer can generate 10 friends and family. But if service isn’t the dealers forte then 1 disgruntled Motability customer with a Trust pilot account can direct 20 people somewhere else and my advice tell it when it’s good and tell it when it’s bad. That’s how things change I believe
