    I hope you will have a more positive experience than I’ve had with BP Pulse. Not replying to emails, sending contradictory emails and then asking to have copies of Land Registry documents – clearly showing ‘allocated parking space’ as the only evidence that is acceptable by OZEV. As a tenant on a large estate held by the same family for hundreds (literally) of years – no such document exists. Our landlord will give a letter saying that we are the only ones allowed to park here. We are off road and access is via a track on private land which is also gated. We fulfil all the requirements:

    “The customer’s property must have designated, private off-street parking.” Nor do we match the exclusions:

    “rented spaces, spaces shared with other properties, spaces that provide access routes to other properties”

    We have a quote from a registered provider where they visited the property and had absolutely no problem with including the grant in his quote. Sadly, Motability have seemed to be saying it is BP Pulse (who haven’t visited) or you pay for it all. I know there is the BP Pulse membership as an alternative but out nearest BP Pulse charge point is 96.7 miles away!
