Tim I think it finished pre pip so wasn’t so common having it reduced back then however in reality an hour agreement unlike the lease could have continued even if you lost pip really, perhaps it would have been better for those that did loose DLA to pip and were given the £2000. Then £1000 payments maybe some could have held on to an HP car
