    Agree Rene, the current trajectory is for BEV prices to come down but not quickly enough. There are already targets for Companies to reduce their Carbon footprint but nowhere near adequate. In general I am against Governments interfering too much with individual freedoms but we have seen with smoking that direct action, to reduce the harm of passive smoking have been very affective.

    As long as the targets are are robust and achievable I would be happy with a set target for BEVs.
