Ahh I recall the challenge of IVA checks years ago, during a little stint of car importing. The local vehicle licensing office had to inspect and sign off. They were pretty good but many of them were closed and I doubt there’s the staff these days.
On reflection they can’t do a IVA check before the conversion work can they ??
