Can’t let this thread slip away without mention of Moto Thurrock services on M25. Not just a bad set of services, it is one of the vilest, most offensive places on the planet. Totally un-thought out access. Have heard of drivers waiting 30min or more to get out (on to off-motorway roundabout). Services themselves are just filthy, from the toilets to shops to eateries, all just plain uncleaned and dirty. It’s like a truck-stop from a Tarantino or Cronenberg horror movie. One reviewer said she felt her life was in danger at the place. Avoid at all costs.
