It’s not a problem if you keep your keys away from the front of your house, or in a metal box, or in a ‘faraday’ pouch. It’s also not a problem if your keys have a sleep mode which I’m told most makers introduced about 18 months ago. Otherwise it might be a problem, depending on your local environment, but certainly not as much as so called journalists producing cheap copy would like their readers to believe.
