The 6speed DSG is apparently pretty good – it’s the same box as in the GTE. No real need for an “overdrive” gear in a PHEV. I’m fine with 2wd, i don’t need 4wd. No offroading here.
2WD is fine for most people Rene, but 4WD is useful for many things other than off-roading! If cheap running costs are the absolute priority then it’s best avoided, but if you want improved traction and grip in all situations and the reassurance that if you get caught in adverse weather you have a less bum clenching experience then it’s highly recommended!
