None at all, as far as they’re concerned it’s good enough as is. I took a few photos and am just waiting for my friend to have a llok at them and see just how much work needs doing, if it’s mainly cosmetic then that’s OK.
When I said “no flooring” I meant carpets etc. The kitchen and wet room have vinyl laid down. We should be able to get a grant towards some of the stuff he needs but they insist on getting the carpets from Frank’s Factory Flooring which is basically cheap rubbish or very over priced for anything decent.
