I agree with you, it isn’t suitable at all. Due to my disability, I also need an SUV/MPV because of the height entry, with an auto gearbox. This already reduces the choice greatly. I also have other requirements but there are no options to select push button ignition or keyless start and electric tailgate as standard. Heated seats are also beneficial for back pain and numbness/pain in legs and bottom.
I have spoken to Motability about this and suggested adding these features but they told me that there isn’t enough demand for those features.
I’m not sure that’s correct information though?
