This surprises me not at all! Just the sort of disgraceful behaviour we have come to expect from all bits of government. The whole lot of them, from the PM and Ministers to the lowest NHS manager, are a bunch of lying , bullying thugs. Even when the courts find against them, as above, nothing is done about it. Their INOF departments (It’s Not Our Fault) are just too damn good!
