This is probably a once in a life time opportunity. Go electric and save enough money to pay for your next AP, maybe even more. Depending on the miles you cover in a year going electric could save hundreds of pounds each year, more than enough to pay your next AP in three years time. Obviously the Government will need to recoup the lost tax revenue on fossil fuels so this saving is likely to end within 3-5 years as a new, yet to be disclosed, tax regime will be introduced to tax EVs. So if you are due to change soon and any one of the BEVs listed below suits your needs, get on the EV gravy train and ride it for however long it lasts.
