Well that’s the thing. You might not have purchased it with the winter pack etc. It could be built in but you haven’t paid for that option. It’s odd to me as I’ve always owned what I’ve used to an extent.
Equally I might not want certain options so being able to pay to enable certain things down the line would be useful if things change. It does get rather complex when you throw in second owners taking on features once paid for already…
